Can you tell me the cheats

First of all you must create
a halflife shortcut on your desktop,
then you must Right-Click on it
and access the shortcut properties.
Once there you must add the following
after the command line: -dev console
Then once completed, you must load
a saved game and type: sv_cheats 1
Finally, once that is done you must
then Quicksave and then Quickload and
then you can add any of the following
as a cheat: god, notarget, noclip,
impulse 101, map xxxx, give item_xxxx,
give weapon_xxxx.
